Oman oil group 1st Woman’s gathering

I was delighted to be invited by OOC top management to run the OOC group 1st Woman’s gathering that was held at the “Crown Plaza Hotel” on the 7th of November 2017.

The event aimed to bring all woman in the OOC group community together under one roof to celebrate and motivate them, listen to there concerns and to build stronger relations between the woman and OOC group top management figures lead by Isam Al Zadjali (CEO - OOC group).

The event was a great success with a successful turnout of over 150 females from across all sister companies in Oman. It was fun, full of energy and a lot of excitement!

I thoroughly enjoyed engaging with the audience and sharing my experience with a 20 min talk on my journey to reaching a leadership position in my field in academia and research.

The response was awesome and I look forward to working more to empower and inspire more females in our communities!
